About me
I have worked as a Remote Community Manager and Customer Support Specialist, building two Discord servers from scratch — with bots for automated verification, anti-spam and ticketing — and growing one of them to almost 500 active members in a year. On the technical side I keep learning through Google AI pathways and courses by Anthropic, OpenAI and IBM, and I apply what I learn directly in my projects.
