Designed and written for your business, without starting from a ready-made theme. We decide together how many pages you need: often one well-made page is enough.
No slow, heavy templatesA few pages that answer people looking for you straight away: who you are, what you do, where to find you and how to reach you with a single tap on their phone.

Full ownership and freedomTechnical SEO, structured data and well-organised content, built for traditional search engines and for the new search experiences based on artificial intelligence. They are the foundations: I build them into every site, I don't add them afterwards.
Every page has its own title, description and official address (canonical). Headings follow the structure of the content, the sitemap and robots file tell search engines what to read, and the site is fast and designed for phones first.
Included in every siteWho you are, what you do, where you are and when you're open, also written in a format search engines read without interpreting: LocalBusiness when there is a physical location, hreflang when the site has more than one language.
Schema.org, checked before going liveI connect the site to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, submit the sitemap and run the initial technical checks, so search engines know the site exists and where to read it.
Initial setup includedGEO (Generative Engine Optimization) means making the site easy to understand for assistants that answer with artificial intelligence too: clear content, consistent data, well-linked pages. It helps the site be read correctly; whether and when an AI will cite it is not up to either of us.
Readability, not promisesRankings are decided by Google, Bing and the other search engines: nobody can honestly guarantee them. If you need SEO work that continues over time, we discuss it separately, with a quote.
None of this is a separate job or an add-on for later: it's part of the service I put into every page I build.

The site is built in an orderly way, like a book with clear chapters and headings. Google understands right away what each page is about, and the site stays clear for people who use a screen reader too.
People looking for a business almost always do it on their phone. Your site is designed for smartphones first: buttons that are easy to tap and text you can read without zooming. Then it adapts to tablets and computers.
A slow site sends customers away before they even see what you offer. Yours opens in a moment, even with a weak signal, and uses little data for the people visiting it.
Google measures how pleasant a site is to use: how quickly it appears, whether things jump around while it loads, how fast it responds when you tap it. Before going live, I check your site against these three measures.
These are the foundations that let Google and Bing find your site and understand what you offer. Nobody can guarantee the top spot, because competition matters too, but without these basics being found is much harder.
Your name, address, opening hours and services are also written in a language search engines read directly. That way your business information comes across clearly, with no room for misreading.
More and more people ask questions to AI assistants instead of searching on Google. Your site is written and organised so these tools can also understand who you are and what you do. Whether they will mention you is not up to either of us, but a clear site has a better chance of being understood correctly.
The site works without a mouse and is designed for screen readers and enlarged text: good practice, not a certification of compliance. That means more people can get in touch with you, including older customers or those with poor eyesight.
The site doesn't start any external tools or tracking cookies until visitors give their permission in the banner. It's respect for your customers, and it's what European rules ask for.
A showcase site without the editing panel has no login page, no database and no plugins to keep updating: it has very few weak points. Fewer things to keep an eye on, fewer risks for you.
Before the site goes live I test it on phones and computers, in the most widely used browsers: links, speed, cookie banner, readability. I find the mistakes, not your customers.
On the left, what your customer sees on their phone. On the right, what Google and AI read: semantic tags, structured data and speed. Drag the divider or switch lens.

The logical reading order for keyboards and screen readers.
Compact code, WebP images and fast local fonts.
Yes. The domain and the site's accounts are in your name: you open them yourself, with my help. While I work, I may use a test space of my own, which I close at handover. I don't keep your passwords. The code becomes yours with the final payment, and you get a complete copy of the source files.
A showcase site has no editing panel: updating text, photos or opening hours after delivery is a separate job. You get a written quote first, and I start only after you say yes. If you update something at least once a month, we can add an area where you change the agreed sections yourself.
For a showcase site, usually 2 to 3 working weeks from when I have the complete texts, photos and account access. The material is due within 21 days of signing. The site goes live only after your written approval, and an email is enough.
Nothing to me: no fee, no subscription. The domain, hosting and services are in your name, and you pay the providers directly. With the recommended choices, a showcase site only needs the domain with its mailboxes. The area for editing content yourself runs on the platform's free plan, designed for about 5 publications a month: I write the terms down before you sign. I'll send you current prices on request, together with the package presentation.
Yes: I build them into the site, with no external subscription service. If the site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party services, no banner is needed. When one is, no external tool starts before the visitor gives consent. The texts are based on the information you give me: your business remains the data controller. Updating them after delivery is a separate job.
The site is built with the technical foundations to be read by Google and Bing. I connect it to Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools and submit the sitemap. Indexing and rankings are decided by the search engines: nobody can honestly guarantee them. Initial setup of your Google Maps listing is included in some packages and added separately in others. Ongoing SEO work is assessed separately, with a quote.
A static site without an editing panel has no login page, no database and no plugins to keep updating. It has few weak points and fewer things to keep an eye on. It doesn't start from a ready-made theme, so it stays light and opens quickly even with a weak signal. If you need to update it often yourself, a management area can be added.
For 30 days after sign-off, I fix malfunctions in the delivered code at no cost. New features and content changes are not included. After that, each job is billed by the hour, with a written quote first and only after you say yes. No subscription and no automatic maintenance: you ask when you need something, or you go to whoever you prefer. I list the domain and service renewal dates in the handover sheet.
Tell me what your business does and what you'd like to achieve. I'll reply personally, explaining what you need and what you don't, without pushing unnecessary work.
WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer. I reply personally within a few hours.
